Delivery is carried out inside Egypt through a courier representative - you receive the shipment within 3-5 days.

Replacement and Return Policy:

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our product, so we accept exchange and return within 30 days

1 - Communicate with customer service indicating the products to be replaced or returned and the reasons for making a return or replacement request.
2 - After making a request for exchange or return, wrap the product to return it to its packaging condition upon receipt.
3- The replacement or return process often takes 4 working days, and immediately the amount is deposited into the customer’s account or returned to the same method of payment when purchasing or replacing the product.
