Delivery inside Egypt is done through a clock representative - you receive the shipment within 3-5 days.
We also offer the possibility of receipt from the store within 24 hours without the cost of charging.
You can inspect the products whose values are less than 2000 Egyptian pounds to avoid the problems of losing products in shipping.
Replacement and return policy:

We regret that you are not 100 % satisfied with our products, so we accept exchange and return within 30 days

1 - Communication with customer service that indicates the products that will be replaced or returned and the reasons for submitting a return or replacement request.
2 - After submitting an application for exchange or return, wrap the product to return it to the case of packaging upon receipt.
3- Often the replacement or return process often takes 4 working days, and the amount immediately is deposited in the customer's account or is returned to the same method of payment when buying or replacing the product.
